Father’s Love
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)

Please take a moment to really pause, read and think over the above bible verse.

The God of all creation, earth, stars, beings, mankind, is a Father.

He has a Son and He gave this precious Son of his for you and me. His heart towards you is one of GREAT LOVE.

It can be hard for us to comprehend such love. This can be cause of reflection on the limited love, deep pain, neglect or even absence, we have received from an earthly father.

It can be cause by religion that God is not a good. But we can be set free to truth when we truly grasp and read, meditate on the above scripture.

He Loves You. In fact, the whole world.

Choose to believe it today.

Loved

Define: an intense feeling of deep affection – (limited in an earthly dictionary explanation) – see below

Please remember, there are different levels of love and the God type of Love in this scripture is from the Greek word ‘agape’ love, which is the highest form of Love there is.

Go back and read my blog on ‘LOVE’ (1 Corinthians 13) this is not only the love God wants us to have towards each other, but it is also a reflection of the love of God towards us.

Take time to read that scripture verse again, applying it as God’s love and actions towards us!

Gave

Define: to present voluntarily and without expecting compensation. Simple past tense of give, which means to freely transfer the possession of (something) to (someone).

Prayer:

I pray, show me right now just how much you Love me. Show me the depth of love you have towards me by revealing, how much it took for you as a Father to give your son to die a horrific death on the cross, so I could be forgiven. Any preconceived ideas I have about you, I let them go and see for myself that its not the actions of others that determines who you are but the actions of who you are that matters! Right now I choose to believe that you LOVE ME so much that you GAVE.

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

(1 John 1:9)
